At 16 Steakhouse we are doing everything we can to keep our customers and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are following all of the guidance given to us by the Government, as well as being proactive with our own safety measures. We will continue to update this page as and when we have further government guidance. If you have any questions about our COVID-19 safety measures then please call us on 01473 250 816, a member of the team will be more than happy to talk to you.
At Venue16 and 16 Steakhouse our number one priority is keeping our patrons and staff safe. It remains our top priority even after COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
Face masks are no longer mandatory for guests when entering or moving around the premises. As well as guidance on face masks, all other government restrictions have now been removed.
We ask that all patrons are respectful of each other. We are well aware that people feel differently about the removal of guidelines and some patrons may still prefer to be given space when visiting our premises.
Hand sanitiser will still be available across the building. We ask all customers to use it when entering the building.
Pre-booking remains essential so that we are able to control the numbers of people visiting the restaurant, tables can be booked online by clicking here.
Our staff are all routinely using lateral flow testing and following all guidelines to ensure that they protect their families and our customers. We would ask that any customers visiting the restaurant or venue do the same.
It is no longer a requirement to self isolate if you test positive. However, we ask that anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 refrains from visiting our venue.
If you have any questions then please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our staff are more than happy to talk to you about our health and safety measures.
