The Venyew Suite (up to 120 people)

Monday – Friday

One Day Hire (8 hours) £300.00

Two Day Hire (16 hours) £500.00

  • Room hire and all facilities
  • Tables, chairs with black or white table cloths
  • Flipchart and paper
  • Stationary box
  • AV Equipment
  • Designated team to support your event

The Willow Suite (up to 250 people)

Monday – Friday

One Day Hire (8 hours) £500.00

Two Day Hire (16 hours) £850.00

  • Room hire and all facilities
  • Tables, chairs with black or white table cloths
  • Flipchart and paper
  • Stationary box
  • AV Equipment
  • Designated team to support your event

Day Delegate Rate (both rooms)

Monday – Friday (based on 8 hour hire) £19.50 per person

  • Room hire (includes the room and all facilities)
  • Tables and chairs with black or white tablecloths
  • Flipchart, pad and stationary box
  • AV Equipment
  • Morning tea/coffee served with biscuits and fruit
  • Mid-morning tea/coffee served with biscuits
  • Light lunch (to be discussed on booking, other food options available)
  • Afternoon tea/coffee served with cakes/pastries
  • Designated team to support your event
