When a loved one passes away, it can be the most unbearable time, and thinking about the necessary arrangements for a funeral and wake can be difficult.  The team at Venue16 have a wealth of experience in creating the perfect setting for you to celebrate the life of a loved one.  No matter you plans, with flexible packages available we have something to suit all budgets and will work with you to make a difficult time as stress free as possible.

Our Venue is conveniently situated across the road from the Millennium Cemetery and has a large free car park for patrons.

Our Venyew Suite can hold up to 120 people for an occasion such as this and prices start from £12.50pp to include room hire, a fully licensed private bar, tables and chairs, easels to hold photographs and the use of our projector and screen should you require.

For gatherings above 120 our Willow Suite would be the ideal location.

With our flexible spaces anything is possible.  Our experienced Events Team will work with you to make your event one to remember – we understand that no single event is the same and will work with you to come up with a bespoke package that will suit your requirements and budget.

Whether you’re looking for an intimate venue for a bridal shower or a large scale banquet hall for a private event, Venue16 has multiple function rooms and incredible versatility.

Both of our rooms boast their own private bars and there is ample room for dancing!

Over the years the Venue has been the number one location for local organisations and clubs to hold their AGMs, end of season dinners, end of year proms and many other events.
